General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between users ("User" or "you") of the fu999 platform and all its services, and the entity operating fu999 ("we", "us", "fu999"). By accessing or using fu999's website, mobile application, or any associated services, you are considered to have fully accepted all terms of this Agreement.

Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility for Registration
To open an account and use the services on fu999, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You have full legal capacity and are able to enter into binding agreements.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where online betting or gaming is explicitly prohibited.
- You are operating a single personal account only.
- You are acting in your own name and on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person.
2.2 Registration Process
During account registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation. Each person may open only one account; if multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
Account Security & Verification
3.1 Password & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Never share your password or login details with any third party. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the fu999 support team immediately. fu999 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
fu999 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time for security and fraud prevention purposes. The following documents may be requested for verification:
- Scanned copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
- Utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.
- Documents proving ownership of the payment method used.
- Selfie or video verification.
Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until verification is complete. Submitting false documents is a serious violation and will result in immediate account closure.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All deposits must be made from the user's own mobile wallet; deposits made through a third party are not accepted and may be returned.
4.2 Withdrawals
To request a withdrawal, your account must have a sufficient verified balance. Withdrawal rules are as follows:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawal time: generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be on hold until the verification process is complete.
- Withdrawals cannot be made if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit at fu999, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A few working examples are given below:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total Balance ৳2,200
- Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 (cap) → Total Balance ৳28,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have its own validity period, which will be stated in the offer's terms.
- A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is already active.
- Bonus funds can be used to play any game, but the wagering contribution may differ for specific games.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn if wagering requirements have not been met.
- fu999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on fu999:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless the relevant rules state otherwise.
- In the event of incorrect odds or payouts due to a technical error, fu999 reserves the right to void or correct that bet.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits may vary depending on the specific game or event.
- Any winnings generated due to a software error or system malfunction will not be considered valid.
6.2 Sports Betting
Rules specific to sports betting will be detailed in the game-specific rules. As a general rule: if an event is cancelled, bets placed on that event will be voided and the stake will be returned. Rules applicable to postponed or rescheduled events will vary depending on the type of event.
6.3 Casino Games
All casino games are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, JILI, PG Soft, and others). Fairness is ensured through the use of a Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are entirely random and previous results do not influence future results.
Prohibited Activities

Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 Closure by fu999
fu999 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any term of this Agreement.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Providing false identity or documents.
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
- The account has been inactive for a long period.
10.2 Closure by the User
Users may request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. Any active bonuses will be automatically cancelled before the account is closed, and the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.
Dispute Resolution
11.1 How to Submit a Complaint

Changes to Terms

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request to close your account.
